Let’s boost the day with a good amount of movement and joy – reconnecting with our physical and emotional needs while improving our body awareness, strength, flexibility and coordination!
Beneath the noise of the outer world lies a subtle and mysterious network – a living web of sensations, impulses, needs and desires shaping and connecting every part of you. InnerNet is an invitation to tune into this inner connectivity, allowing yourself to be moved by the flow of information already happening inside of you.
Together we dive into an investigation of possibilities of movement – the goal? Amplifying our range of possibilities of existing in our body. This is a practice of becoming: discovering ourselves through movement while allowing emotions, perceptions, and physical intelligence to transform and reorganize. You can expect:
- Somatic practices to awaken muscles, joints, and perception
- Improvisation techniques that offer freedom for individual exploration
- Clear structures, precise guidance and supportive feedback
- Concrete tools drawn from over 20 years experience
- Space for play, curiosity, and self-discovery

This class follows a clear structure while remaining adaptable to the needs of the participants, co-creating an organic, living space that truly fulfills everyBODY. Dance improved my life.
