„Physical“ Contemporary dance class
The purpose of this class is to bring joy to our bodies through the most beautiful filter of dance and movement. We will play with different contemporary/modern dance techniques, yoga, improvisation tools, etc. All with a Physical Theatre approach. The aim is to explore new dynamics and rhythms of the body by using choreographic materials.
The course is addressed to performers, actors, dancers and people with a movement base.
Registration required due to limited places.
